As a shopping paradise, Shenzhen has attracted both residents and visitors. Here are the most popular spots in the city.


Luohu Commercial City
Luohu Commercial City
located at the border of Hong Kong and Shenzhen, Louhu Commercial City is very popular among tourists. This area usually gets crowded on weekends. The five-story building sells a large variety of items, including clothes, watches, jewelry, shoes, handbags, fashion accessories and traditional craftworks. You need to bargain hard in the center because the first price mentioned will be 4 times the true value of the goods. The shopping mall also houses many restaurants and shops, such as massages and dental work.

MixC Shopping Mall
As the largest and most luxurious shopping mall of the city, the MixC shopping mall sells clothes, cosmetics and fashion accessories. The mall houses many international brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Dior, Fendi, Salvatore Ferragamo, Cartier, Bvlgari, Dolce &Gabbana, Tiffany & Co., MONTBLANC, Miumiu, Bottega Veneta and Ermenegildo Zegna.
The mall also houses the Golden Harvest Cinema, a standard Olympic sized indoor ice skating rink, a super market selling many imported goods, and various Chinese and Western cuisine located in their food court, including Pizza Hut, McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks and Haagen Dazs.

Citic City Plaza
As a high-end shopping mall in Futian district, Citic City Plaza offers luxury international brands, including Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Fendi, TOD’S, Hugo Boss, Burberry, Versace, Ermenegildo Zegna, Versace and others. Below ground is a Japanese supermarket called Jusco supermarket. It offers groceries, general merchandise and a variety of toys for kids. There are many dining options, such as McDonalds, Cafe De Coral, Brazilian BBQ, Pizza Hut, Hagen Daas and Starbucks.

Located in the Luohu District of Shenzhen, KK Mall is close to MixC mall, Diwang Plaza, King Glory Plaza, Louhu Commercial City and Dongmen Market. Considered itself as a ‘International fashion boutique shopping mall’, KK Mall houses international brand stores such as Guess, Anteprima, Lacoste, Armani, Versace, Calvin Klein, Timberland, H&M, Zara, Mango and others. Inside the mall is the only IMAX cinema in Shenzhen. Dining options include Starbucks, 85°, Pizza Hut, Burger King, RBT and South Beauty.

Friendship Department Store
shenzhen youyiOpened in 1984, Friendship Department Store is situated in the Luohu business district. As one of the most famous shopping center in Shenzhen, the center houses famous brand retail chain stores such as Calvin Klein Jeans, Versace, Dunhill Sport, Esprit, Nike, Adidas and others.
